A message to our customers, colleagues, and the communities we serve:
On March 19, 2020, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued several Executive Orders in accordance with federal guidelines to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in Texas. While his orders did not direct the temporary closure of bank lobbies, we at Texas National Bank find it prudent and wise to temporarily restrict lobby access until further notice.
Lobby Access Temporarily Restricted – Effective Monday, March 23, 2020
Customers wanting to apply for a loan, open an account, access their safe deposit box, or conduct business not typically served through our motor banks are able to call for an appointment to see a Texas National Bank banker.
Motor Banks Will Remain Open Normal Business Hours
Customers wanting to make a deposit, cash a check, make a loan payment, or conduct business easily handled by a bank teller are encouraged to use our motor banks.
Community Banks Are Safe and Sound
We acknowledge that these are unique times, and in times like these the safest place for Texans to keep their money is a bank, where you will always have full access to it.
We’re Here to Help
If you are a Texas National Bank customer experiencing financial hardship as a result of COVID-19 please call to discuss your situation with a friendly Texas National Bank banker.
